On the 16th of May 2020, I left Berlin with the ambition to pedal the world. During this time „The Pandemic“ was at its highest level and almost everyone was hiding behind their walls. Some said that I was nuts to start my journey at this point of the year, few said that I’ve taken a bold move.
I have a pretty simple life philosophy – where there’s a will, there’s a way.
Three and half months later during my stopover in Germany I can confirm that this was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Admittedly, this optimistic way of thinking has put me on a very uncertain and unplanned pathway through life. Everything is changing constantly and in times of Corona even faster than ever. Nevertheless, these changes and vibrations let me feel more alive and satisfied than ever.
I am not quite sure how people would describe my person if you ask them for, but I guess that words like „restless“, „adventurous“ and „calmy“ would fit into their answers. I am constantly proving myself in different ways. Because of this approach bike traveling offers me the opportunity to explore my limits mentally and physically with passion. Right now, I love to live this unpredictable diverse life full of pleasant and even unpleasant experiences as well as the idea of telling my stories to those, who will surround me when I settle down in the far future.
By the way, my „real“ name is Konrad Jörß, born in February 1988 in Magdeburg, Germany. I am an engineer and currently located in Vienna, Austria. I am creating this homepage as an archive of my photography, thoughts as well as a contact platform for exchanges.
